If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

• If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
• Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product itself does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with photographic evidence of the incorrect product.

• We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
• We will provide a return label if the incorrect product needs to be returned.

3. Missing Products

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with your order number and details of the missing item.

• We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you.
