Exceptions to the No-Return Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
- Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product itself does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
2. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with photographic evidence of the incorrect product.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
- We will provide a return label if the incorrect product needs to be returned.
3. Missing Products
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with your order number and details of the missing item.
- We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@italtasty.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If a return is required due to an incorrect product, ItalTasty will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
