2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with photographic evidence of the incorrect product.

We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
We will provide a return label if the incorrect product needs to be returned.

3. Missing Products

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days (UAE) or 7 days (Thailand) at support@italtasty.com with your order number and details of the missing item.

We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
